2025:
Marlene "Molly" Bass, 81, passed away on April 9.  A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00am on Friday, May 2, 2025 at St. Roch Church in Caseville. The burial of the urn will follow at St. Francis Cemetery in Pigeon. The family will be present to receive visitors on Friday at church from 10:00am until 11:00am.
Lucille G. Repke, 92, of Caseville, passed away Monday, March 17.  Funeral Mass on Saturday, March 22 at 11:00 AM with Fr. George Amos presiding.  Burial will be in St. Roch cemetery.  Please click here for the full obituary
Marie Quinn, 68, of Mio, formerly of Caseville, passed away on March 9.  Marie was parish secretary at St. Roch Church for 25 years.  She was also involved with the Food Pantry and Christmas Giving Tree programs.  A memorial Mass was held at St. Mary Catholic Church in Mio.  For the full obituary, please click here
Robert Thomas Yax, 61, of Kinde, passed away Monday, March 10.  A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, March 15th at St. Roch Church with Fr. George Amos presiding.  Burial will be in St. Felix Cemetery.  Full obituary please click here

Edward McIlhargie, 72, of Pinnebog, passed away on February 13th.  A funeral memorial Mass was held on Saturday, February 22nd at St. Roch with Fr. George.  His cremains will be buried at St. Felix Cemetery.  Please click here for the obituary
Shirley Ann Laya, 89, of Caseville, passed away on Monday, February 17.  A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, February 20 at 1:00 PM with Fr. George Amos presiding.  Interment will be in Hart, Michigan.  Click here for the full obituary
Michael J. Contway, 75, of Bay Port, passed away on Wednesday, February 5.  Mike was an active member of the Knights of Columbus and OLPH Parish.  He was instrumental in the annual chicken BBQ.  A funeral Mass was held on Monday, February 10 at 11:00 AM at St. Roch Church, with Fr. Thomas F. Szankin, 88, formerly of Pigeon and a former OLPH parishioner, passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2025.  Tom was a member of the Knights of Columbus.  Funeral Mass held on January 20th at St. Lawrence in Utica. Full obituary here
Michael Lee Muscat, 21, of Howell, passed away suddenly on Thursday, January 2, 2025.  Beloved son of Michael and Julie Muscat, and grandson of Jack and Candy Muscat.  A memorial service will be held at a later date in the summer.

Patricia D. Des Jardins, 86, of Caseville, passed away Saturday, December 21, 2024 at Hampton Manor of Holly.  A funeral mass was held 11:00am Friday, December 27th at St. Roch Catholic Church with Fr. Robert Pare presiding.  Burial in the church cemetery. Full obituary here
Norman K. Clark, 89, of Caseville, passed away Monday, December 9, 2024 at home under hospice care. Graveside services held 10:30am Friday, December 13th at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly. Full obituary here
Bethany Grates Burns, 33, of Spring Lake and formerly of Caseville; daughter of Doug and Sue Grates, passed away Saturday, November 16, 2024, surrounded by her family.  A memorial Mass was held on November 26 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Spring Lake.​  Full obituary here
​Joyce M. Ross, 88, of Caseville, passed away Monday, October 21, 2024 at Huron County Medical Care Facility in Bad Axe.  Graveside services were held 3:00pm Thursday, October 24th at St. Roch Catholic Cemetery in Caseville.
​John Stanton Dubey, 81, of Caseville, passed away Thursday, October 17, 2024 at Huron County Medical Care Facility in Bad Axe. Memorial Mass was held 11:00am Saturday, November 16th at St. Roch Catholic Church in Caseville.
​Thomas W. Mucha, 79, of Pigeon, passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at MyMichigan Medical Center in Saginaw.  Memorial service 11:00am Saturday, November 9th at St. Roch Catholic Church.

John B. Schaefer, 71, of Pigeon, passed away Monday August 28, 2024 at Country Gardens Assisted Living in Pigeon.  A Funeral Mass was held, 11:00am Friday August 30, 2024, at St. Roch Catholic Church in Caseville.  Fr. George Amos presiding.  Burial will be in Grand Lawn Cemetery. 

​Sandra Mary Gosselin, affectionately known as Sandy, passed away on August 20, 2024 in New Baltimore, Michigan at the age of 73.  Funeral Service was held at St. Felix Catholic Church on August 26, 2024 at noon with Fr. Robert Pare' presiding.  Burial is in St. Felix Cemetery. 
 
James Ritter, age 81 of Bad Axe passed away peacefully with his family at his side on Wednesday June 26, 2024. A Mass of Christian Burial was held June 29, 2024, 11:00m at St. Francis Borgia Church in Pigeon with Fr. George Amos presiding.  Burial was in the Colfax Township Cemetery.

Joseph John Burznski, 96, of Caseville passed away Thursday February 22, 2024 @ McLaren Thumb Region Hospital in Bad Axe.  A Funeral Mass will be held @ 11:00am Wednesday ,February 28th @ St. Roch Catholic Church.  Interment will be in the Great Lakes National Cemetery.  

Erna Deanne Farrington, 86, of Caseville passed away February 16, 2024 at her daugher's home in Shelbyville, MI,  under hospice care.  A Memorial Mass was held 11:00am, Saturday, February 24th at St. Roch Catholic Church.

Joseph D. Guigar, 85, of Caseville, passed away Monday January 29, 2024 at home under hospice care surrounded by family.  A funeral Mass was held 10:00am Saturday, February 3, 2024 at St. Roch Catholic Church with Fr. Robert Pare' presiding. Burial will be in St. Roch Cemetery.

​Robert Douglas Wolschlager, age 56, of Roseville, MI passed away October 7, 2023.  Funeral Mass was held November 18, 2023. 11:00am at St. Roch Catholic Church, Caseville.  Fr. George Amos, presiding.  

​Evangelina Garza, 81, of Sebewaing, passed away Saturday, October 14, 2023 ,at her home under hospice care.  A funeral mass was held  11:00am Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church, with Fr. George Amos, presiding.  Burial will be in the Church cemetery.

Daniel Francis Quinn, 68, lifelong resident of Caseville died Sunday, September 3, 2023 at home surrounded by his family.  A funeral Mass was held Friday, September 8th, @ 11:00am @ St. Roch Catholic Church, Fr. George Amos, presiding.  Burial was in St. Roch Cemetery.

​Gail Marie Lombardo, 73 of Pigeon, passed away Wednesday August 9, 2023, at Brian's House in Essexville.   A funeral mass was held 11:00am August 14, 2023 at St. Roch Catholic Church.  Burial will be in Great Lakes National Cemetery.

​Maurice A. Bushey, of Caseville, age 89, died peacefully Friday July 14, 2023 in Bad Axe.  A Funeral Mass will be held 11:00am, Saturday, August 19, 2023 at St. Felix Catholic Church, Pinnebog.

Mariane A.Breismeister, age 79, of Caseville passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at Covenant Hospital in Saginaw.  A funeral Mass was held at 11:00am, Thursday, July 27th at St. Roch Catholic Church in Caseville.

​Anthony Mangiapane, age 81 of Caseville Township and formerly of Brown City, passed away Sunday, June 4, 2023 at home under hospice care. A Memorial Mass was held at 12:00 noon Friday, June 16th @ St. Roch Catholic Church in Caseville.

​Rosemarie McElreath, age 88 of Caseville, passed away Thursday, May 18, 2023 at Huron County Medical Care Facility in Bad Axe.  A funeral Mass was held at 11:00am Monday, May 22, 2023 at St. Roch Catholic Church, with Fr. George Amos presiding. Burial will is in the Church cemetery. 

Marion A. Yax, age, 83 of Kinde, passed away Monday, May 15, 2023, in Millington at her son's home under hospice care.  A funeral Mass was held 11:00pm Tuesday, May 23, at St. Felix Catholic Church, Pinnebog, with Fr. George Amos presiding.  Burial will be at the Church cemetery.

Mary Jane Voelker,  age, 89 of Caseville, passed away Sunday May 7, 2023
​at Country Gardens Assisted Living.  A funeral Mass was held at 11:00am Monday, May 15th at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church in Pigeon, with Fr. George Amos presiding.  Burial is in St. Francis Borgia Church cemetery.

Camilo Ramirez Mascorro, age, 99 of Pigeon passed away April 22, 2023 @ Huron County Medical Care Facility.  A Funeral Mass was held @ 11:00 am Saturday, April 29th @ St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church in Pigeon.  Burial is at the St. Francis Borgia Cemetery.  

​Charlote M. Jaworski, age 81, of Pinnebog, passed away Saturday April 15, 2023, at home under hospice care.  A funeral Mass was held 11:00am, Wednesday April 19th, at St. Francis Borgia Church in Pigeon.  Burial will be in St. Felix Catholic Cemetery, Pinnebog. 

Jerome Koss, age 84 of Caseville passed away Tuesday March 28, 2023 at Courtney Manor in Bad Axe.  Mass of Resurrection was held 11:00am, Monday, April 3,2023 @ St. Roch Church. 

Alfredo Santos Sr. Age 86, of Elkton, passed away Wednesday March 22, 2023. Mass of Resurrection was celebrated at St. Francis Borgia Church, March 27, 2023 @ 11:00am.  Burial is in Riverside Cemetery, Elkton.

Elaine Poirier - Age 83, passed away Sunday February 12, 2023.  Funeral Services were at Champagne Funeral Home. Interment was at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Cemetery.

Cindy Dietzel - Age 64 of Elkton, died February 8, 2023.  A Mass of Resurrection was celebrated on February 13, 2023 followed by burial at St. Francis Borgia Cemetery.

Ronald Lee McCormick - Age 87 of Caseville, died January 3, 2023.  A Mass of Resurrection was celebrated January 11, 2023 followed by burial at St. Roch Cemetery.

​Gerald  Stephen Ernat - Age 93, died December 5, 2022.  A Mass Resurrection was celebrated December 10, 2022.  Burial will occur at a later date.
 
Janet Banda - Age 76 of Caseville, died November 28, 2022.  A Mass of Resurrection was celebrated December 1, 2022 followed by burial in St. Roch Cemetery.
