In January of 2013, Bishop Cistone issued a formal decree stating that the parishes of St. Roch in Caseville, St. Francis Borgia in Pigeon, and St. Felix of Valois in Pinnebog shall be merged together and that from this union a new parish, Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish shall be formed.

The provisions of this decree took effect on July 1, 2013, with the church of St. Roch serving as the Parish Church/Center and the church of St. Francis Borgia serving as an additional worship site.  The church of St. Felix will be used only on occasion for weddings and funerals of previous parishioners.
